Please note we do not refund but we will happily offer store credit or exchange on full priced items.

We kindly ask that you please choose your items carefully as we only accept exchanges within 7 days of delivery. Exchanges are not applicable on sale items.

If the item is faulty we will gladly refund the amount of the item via the payment method.

Once we have received your enquiry, items can then be returned to the address below along with the original invoice  –

Items can only be returned under the following conditions:

  • Item/s are returned within 7 days of receipt;
  • The goods are in the original condition, with all tags attached, no make-up or deodorant marks.
  • The Tax Invoice is provided as proof of purchase.
  • We are notified prior to the goods being returned. 
  • Item/s are not on sale. 

Please note that you are responsible for all shipping and handling costs for all returns.  Upon receipt of your order, a credit for the full purchase amount will be provided excluding the shipping fee. If in the event free shipping is provided, the $8 free shipping fee will be deducted from the final refunded amount.


We recommend a trackable express shipping service is used for all returns to ensure that we receive your returned item. We are not responsible for the loss of returned items.
